Arrivals are from 4pm and departures before 12pm.
We can store your luggage in the luggage room.

Our bathrooms located in the Spa are at your disposal to refresh you after your departure.

Transportation :

We can print out your flight ticket confirmations. We are at your disposal to organize your car rental, private driver, taxi or car rental,

private driver, taxi, or helicopter rides.

Payments :

We accept the following credit cards: Carte Bleue, Visa, Mastercard, Amex. Cheques are accepted with proof of identity (except for foreign cheques). For payments over 300 euros, two pieces of identification will be required. For all credit card transactions for the payment of a service provider outside the hotel, a commission of 2.5% will be charged.

For your safety, please follow these recommendations:

Precaution :

• Locate the nearest emergency exits and alarm systems
• Make sure you are able to reach them, even in adverse conditions
• Learn to unlock and open your door in the dark
• Don’t throw cigarette butts or misplace matches in litter bins
• Do not smoke in bed

In case of fire :

• Notify reception immediately
• Press the door to your room if you feel it is unusually hot, LEAVE IT CLOSED!
• Apply a damp cloth to your nose and mouth
• Sprinkle with water
• If you leave your room, take your key and head for the nearest emergency exit
• Avoid entering a smoke cloud, if necessary, to move to crawl under the smoke
• Reach the car park via the emergency exits and exit rooms
• If you cannot get down, go to your room and wait for help to signal your presence at the window

How to survive in the event of a fire:

If you are locked in your room :

• Soak your sheets and use them to seal any openings that could allow smoke to enter
• If there is already smoke in your room, stay under the smoke
• Apply a damp cloth to your nose and mouth as a filter
• Call the switchboard and tell them that you are still in your room and give them your room number
• If the telephone is not working, signal your presence at the window

Air conditioning

Your room is equipped with reversible air conditioning, adjustable according to your comfort by an individual thermostat.

Electricity

We use 220 Volts / 50 Hz. Adapters are available at the reception.

Toiletries

You will find slippers, bathrobes and hygiene sets. On request, we can provide extra pillows, a hair straightener, an ironing board and ironing board and iron as well as children’s equipment (high chair, cot, bathtub, booster seat).

Sewing kits, women’s sets, first-aid kits, shoe polish and correspondence kits are available at reception.

Room service

Hang your wooden signs on the outside handle of your room according to your choice “Please do my room” or “Do not disturb”.

Bed linen change /Environment

In an ecological concern, we propose you to help us in our preservation of the environment. If you wish to reuse your towels, leave them on the towel rack. Otherwise, leave them on the floor. The hotel is equipped with a septic tank system, we ask you to not throw anything in the toilets except toilet paper.

Remember to leave your used batteries at the reception, we recycle them.

In a sustainable development approach, we invite you to turn off the air conditioning in your room when you leave it or when you open the bay window.

Tabac

For your comfort, all our rooms are non-smoking, but you can smoke on your terrace, using the ashtrays provided. If you do not respect this rule, a cleaning fee of 150 euro will be charged to your bill.

Damage, loss and breakage

During your stay, we provide you with a Bluetooth speaker and a tablet in your room. Bluetooth speaker and a tablet in your room. In the event of breakage, damage or loss of the equipment provided, a fee will be charged.

Mini-Bar

Drinks served in the mini-bar are to be consumed in your room and may not be taken to the restaurant. It is forbidden to put food or drinks in the minibar if they have not been purchased at the hotel. The food will be thrown away every morning for hygiene reasons.

Automatic alarm clock

Please contact the reception before 10pm to be woken up the next morning.

Music

Connect your smartphone via Bluetooth to the available portable sound equipment (JBL terminal) to play your music.

Safe deposit box

For your confidential documents and valuables, we advise you to use the room safe. To close the safe, enter a 4 to 6 digit code and validate with the “enter” key. To open the safe, enter the code again.

You will find in your room a courtesy tray consisting of.

Drinks served in the minibar are to be consumed in your room only, and cannot be brought to the restaurant and cannot be taken to the restaurant.

Breakfast is served from 7:30 to 10:30 in the form of a buffet. You can also have it delivered to your room at the same time.

Ecolabel

Our establishment has undertaken an audit in order to obtain the European Ecolabel in autumn 2023.
Created in 1992, the European Ecolabel is the only official European eco-label that can be used in all member countries of the European Union.
Established to promote products and services that have a reduced environmental impact throughout their life cycle, without compromising their quality, it is now governed by Regulation (EC) N°66/2010 of 25 November 2009 establishing the European Union Ecolabel.

Ecological commitment

• Waste sorting

  Our establishment is committed to waste sorting.
  In partnership with the Communauté des Communes du Sud Corse and SYVADEC, all types of packaging and glass-based waste are sorted by us and collected by approved organisations. Organic waste is also collected by this organisation. SYVADEC ensures that all the above waste is fully recycled as soon as it is collected. A sorting station is available in the hotel’s main car park, to the left of the restaurant entrance.
  Our restaurant also recycles cooking oil, in partnership with the Mani Puliti organisation, which collects it on a regular basis.
